Trademark & IP Registration Support

Trademark and intellectual property registration support across USPTO, UKIPO, EUIPO, CIPO, and IP Australia.

Overview

What we deliver

We coordinate trademark searches, applications, and renewals with IP counsel and provide the financial and administrative support around them.

Our trademark and IP registration support service handles the financial, administrative, and project management side of protecting brands and intellectual property. We coordinate with licensed IP counsel to run knockout and full clearance searches with the USPTO, UKIPO, EUIPO, CIPO, and IP Australia, then manage the application workflow through publication, registration, and renewal. We track Madrid Protocol international filings, prepare Section 8 and Section 15 declarations in the US, file UK and EU renewals every ten years, and maintain a watch register for opposition deadlines. On the finance side, we capitalize qualifying costs under US GAAP, IFRS, or UK FRS 102, manage amortization schedules, and prepare documentation for transfer pricing on IP held by group entities. We do not provide legal advice, but we work with your counsel to ensure filings, payments, and records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

Client stories

What clients say

"

Our SDRs were spending two hours a day copying lead data between Salesforce, Outreach, and a Google Sheet nobody owned. They mapped the whole flow, stitched it together in n8n, and added a dedupe step we did not even know we needed. Got 38 hours a week back across the team. The SDRs were the ones who pushed to expand it further.

"

Two weeks before our seed round we still did not have a defensible model. Their fractional CFO rebuilt our three-statement forecast, pressure-tested the assumptions, and walked me through every line before the partner meeting. We closed 1.4M on the terms we wanted. The investor specifically called out how clean the financials looked compared to the last five decks she had seen.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

Do you provide legal advice on trademarks?
No, we do not. We coordinate with your IP counsel and handle financial, administrative, and project management work.
How do you capitalize IP costs?
We apply US GAAP, IFRS, or UK FRS 102 rules based on jurisdiction, capitalizing direct legal and filing costs and expensing internal development.
Can you file in the EU after Brexit?
Yes, we coordinate separate UKIPO and EUIPO filings since EU trademarks no longer cover the UK.
What is the Madrid Protocol?
It is an international system that lets you file one application designating multiple member countries, which we manage through your home office.
How often do trademarks need renewal?
Most jurisdictions renew every ten years, but the US also requires Section 8 declarations between years five and six.

Is your IP portfolio organized and protected?

We will audit your marks, line up filings, and keep renewals on track.
