One trusted partner for the operations powering your business
We are a global B2B operating partner combining 5 service lines, native English delivery across Tier 1 markets, and AI-native execution.
Built for ambitious teams who want fewer vendors
RevoraOps started because the same story kept showing up in our intake calls. A 60-person SaaS company had a marketing agency in Lisbon, a web team in Kiev, a bookkeeper in their hometown, an offshore BPO no one had visited, and an AI consultant who only worked Tuesdays. Five vendors, five contracts, five sources of finger-pointing on every bad week.
We built RevoraOps to take that whole stack off the table. One operating partner. Same accountability across marketing, web, finance, contact center, and automation. The senior people who pitched you stay on the account. The work happens in your workspace, not behind a portal. And when something needs to move fast, one phone call moves it.
We are native English delivery across the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. We use automation in everything we do, and we are honest about where it helps and where it does not. We tell you the truth when the data says we should, even when you would rather hear something else.
Six commitments we make in writing
Not aspirations. The actual rules that shape every engagement we sign.
Named pod, not a faceless team
Every engagement gets a named senior lead, a delivery owner, and a single point of contact. You will know their name and their working hours.
A real number before you sign
No engagement starts without a written scope, a fixed price or rate, and a 90-day success metric. The proposal becomes the contract.
Weekly written updates
Every account gets a Friday note in your workspace covering what shipped, what slipped, and what we are deciding next. Not slide decks. Plain text.
Bad news first
If something is off track, you hear it within 48 hours of us knowing. Surprises are a failure mode we treat seriously.
AI in the delivery, not the deck
We use automation to lower the cost of every deliverable, and the savings show up in your pricing. We will tell you specifically where it is used and where it is not.
A clean exit, on day one
Every engagement starts with the offboarding plan written. You own your data, your tools, and the documentation. No lock-in.
What this looks like in practice
Every number above is defensible. We can show you the underlying staffing plan, ad accounts, qualifications, or time-zone roster on request.
The people behind RevoraOps
James Whitfield
Founder & CEO
James founded RevoraOps in 2021 after eighteen years running and selling a mid-sized marketing and operations agency that served roughly 90 SMB and mid-market clients across the UK and US. At RevoraOps he sets the operating model, owns the senior client relationships, and recruits the service heads. Before this venture he built and exited a London-based agency to a private buyer, then spent two years advising service-led founders on pricing and delivery margins. His operating principle is simple: hire one person better than the role demands, then give them the budget to do the work properly. Outside work he restores vintage motorcycles and reads more military history than is reasonable.
Sarah Donovan
Head of Marketing
Sarah leads paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing for RevoraOps and its clients, with eleven years of performance marketing across B2B SaaS and D2C brands. She has personally managed north of $40M in cumulative ad spend across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and is the team's authority on GA4, server-side tracking, and multi-touch attribution. At RevoraOps she runs a team of 14 specialists covering SEO, paid media, content, and CRM, and owns the HubSpot and Ahrefs stack. Previously she was head of growth at a Series B HR-tech company, where she rebuilt the funnel from cold outbound to PLG. She trains for half-marathons badly but consistently.
Ryan Caldwell
Head of Engineering
Ryan runs the engineering practice at RevoraOps, leading a 22-person team that ships WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, and custom Laravel builds for clients across four time zones. He's a full-stack engineer with thirteen years in production, deepest in React, Node, Postgres, and AWS, and he still reviews pull requests on every major client build. Before RevoraOps he was VP Engineering at a Series C logistics SaaS, where he scaled the team from 9 to 38 engineers and led the migration off a monolith. He's allergic to over-engineering and ships small, often, and behind feature flags. Weekends are bouldering, broken fingers, and home-roasted coffee.
Claire Bennett
Head of Accounting
Claire is an ACA-qualified chartered accountant with fifteen years across audit, controllership, and outsourced finance, fluent in US GAAP, UK FRS 102, and cross-border VAT and sales-tax exposure. She heads a 19-person finance team at RevoraOps delivering bookkeeping, monthly close, management reporting, and fractional controller work on QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite. Earlier in her career she trained at a Big Four firm in London, then spent four years as financial controller for a private-equity-backed portfolio company doing roll-up acquisitions. She believes a clean trial balance is a moral position, not a technical one. Off the clock she gardens stubbornly and plays village-league tennis.
Michael Harper
Head of Operations
Michael oversees RevoraOps' contact center and BPO operations, currently running 180+ agents across three regions delivering inbound support, outbound sales, and back-office processing for clients in retail, fintech, and healthcare. He has seventeen years in operations management with a forensic interest in queue theory, schedule adherence, SLA design, and QA calibration. Before RevoraOps he built and ran a 240-seat offshore operation supporting a US fintech, taking it from launch to a sustained 92% CSAT. He's comfortable across Zendesk, Talkdesk, Genesys, and Five9, and treats workforce management as a craft. Saturdays are reserved for his daughter's football matches and a long lunch.
Olivia Chen
Head of AI & Automation
Olivia leads the AI and automation practice, shipping production agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow automations for around 30 clients on Claude, OpenAI, and selectively on local open-weight models. She came up as a backend engineer, spent four years as a senior product manager at a developer-tools startup, then went deep on applied AI when GPT-4 landed. Her team of 11 builds in Python and TypeScript, leans on n8n, Make, and custom orchestration, and instruments every agent with evals before launch. She's skeptical of demos and obsessive about retrieval quality. Evenings are split between piano, science fiction, and arguing with model outputs.
