Core Web Vitals & Performance SEO

Pages that load fast, score well, and convert better

Overview

What we deliver

Core Web Vitals and page experience programs that hit Google's thresholds, lift rankings, and improve every downstream conversion metric.

Core Web Vitals are not just a ranking factor. They are a proxy for the experience your visitors have on every page. Slow pages lose rankings, lose conversions, and lose revenue. We diagnose performance problems against real-user data (CrUX) and lab data (Lighthouse), and we implement fixes across the stack: server, CDN, JavaScript, CSS, images, and third-party scripts. We work with your engineering team to ship changes safely, and we measure the impact on field data over weeks, not single Lighthouse runs.

Fit Check

Built for teams like yours

Who it's for

  • Sites failing Core Web Vitals in Search Console
  • E-commerce brands losing revenue to slow pages
  • Publishers and content sites dependent on speed for ad revenue
  • SaaS marketing sites with heavy JavaScript or hero animations
  • Brands preparing for a major launch or campaign

Pain points we solve

  • Failing LCP, INP, or CLS thresholds in field data
  • Slow load times on mobile and 4G connections
  • Heavy JavaScript blocking interactivity
  • Third-party scripts dragging down performance
  • Lighthouse scores that look good but field data still fails
What's included

  • Pre-launch performance QA
How we work

Our process

A clear, predictable path from kickoff to outcomes.

01

Baseline

We measure CrUX field data, lab metrics, and rank thresholds by template.

02

Diagnosis

We identify what's causing each metric to fail and where the biggest wins are.

03

Remediation Plan

We deliver a prioritized fix list with specs for engineering.

04

Implementation

We work with your team to ship and verify changes.

05

Monitor & Maintain

We set up monitoring and performance budgets to prevent regression.

What you get

Deliverables & outcomes

What you get

  • Field and lab performance baseline

Client stories

What clients say

"

Our old site was a Frankenstein of three previous agencies. We gave them a hard launch date tied to a trade show and they actually hit it. 47 templates, full product catalog migration, no broken redirects on go-live day. Our previous vendor missed the same deadline twice. This time my phone stayed quiet on launch morning.

Our SDRs were spending two hours a day copying lead data between Salesforce, Outreach, and a Google Sheet nobody owned. They mapped the whole flow, stitched it together in n8n, and added a dedupe step we did not even know we needed. Got 38 hours a week back across the team. The SDRs were the ones who pushed to expand it further.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions we hear most.

Is Lighthouse score enough?
No. Google uses real-user (CrUX) data for ranking, not Lighthouse. We measure both and prioritize field data improvements.
How much can performance improve rankings?
Performance is a smaller ranking factor than content or links, but it's a powerful tiebreaker, and it materially affects conversions. Most clients see 5-15% conversion lift from passing thresholds.
Do we need to rebuild our site?
Rarely. Most performance wins come from images, JavaScript, third-party scripts, and caching. A full rebuild is the last resort, not the first option.
How do we prevent regressions after we finish?
We set up performance budgets and monitoring so any regression is caught in CI or shortly after deploy. We can train your team on the tooling.
Will this work for WordPress, Shopify, etc.?
Yes. We have shipped performance work across every major CMS and e-commerce platform. The constraints differ; the playbook adapts.
