We agree the criteria with you before launch, typically a mix of role, company fit, identified pain, and a confirmed timeline. SDRs only mark a meeting qualified when those criteria are met, and we audit a sample each week.
Do your SDRs use our CRM and tools?
Yes. SDRs work inside your CRM, sales engagement platform, and LinkedIn licenses. We typically work in Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, and Apollo, but we adapt to your stack.
What show rate should we expect?
Show rates depend on segment and industry, but well-run programs hold show rates between 65 and 80 percent. We protect show rate with reminder workflows and confirmation calls in the 24 hours before the meeting.
Will you provide the list or do we?
Either. We can build the list against your ICP using paid data sources and verification, work from a list you provide, or blend the two. We always validate emails and direct dials before dialing begins.
